Referral Incentive Agreement

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms under which the Ambassador (hereinafter "Referral Partner") collaborates with PrimeTek to refer prospective students to PrimeTek Academy programs (CodeCamp, CyberCamp, DataCamp, MediaCamp) in exchange for a commission-based reward.

2. Scope of Partnership

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Promote PrimeTek Academy programs through their personal and professional networks
• Refer potential students via the unique referral link or code provided
• Encourage qualified candidates to apply and enrol

PrimeTek agrees to:

• Provide a personal Ambassador Dashboard with real-time referral tracking
• Notify the Ambassador when a referred candidate applies
• Track, validate, and report on all referred students
• Process commission payments promptly upon claim

3. Referral Process

• Each referred candidate must apply through the Ambassador's unique referral link or provide the referral code during application
• The Ambassador will be notified via email when a referred candidate submits an application
• Referral status is tracked through four stages: Applied → Joined → Paid → Completed
• Only verified referrals recorded by PrimeTek will be eligible for commission

4. Commission Structure

The Ambassador earns $15 USD per successful referral.

A referral is considered eligible for commission when its status is marked as "Paid" or "Completed", meaning:

• The candidate has enrolled in a PrimeTek Academy program
• The candidate has completed their first payment

5. Payment Terms & Claims

• Ambassadors can claim any amount from their available balance through the Ambassador Dashboard
• Available balance is calculated from referrals with "Paid" or "Completed" status, minus previously claimed amounts
• Claims are reviewed and processed by PrimeTek within a reasonable timeframe
• Upon payment, the claim is marked as "Paid" with a payment reference and optional proof of payment

Payment methods include:

• Bank Transfer
• Mobile Money
• Wise
• Western Union
• Other agreed platforms

6. Ambassador Dashboard

Each Ambassador has access to a personal dashboard providing:

• Total referral count and status breakdown (Applied, Joined, Paid, Completed)
• Available balance and earnings overview
• Claim submission and history tracking
• Conversion rate statistics
• Downloadable CSV reports of all referral activity

7. Tracking & Validation

PrimeTek reserves the right to verify the authenticity of each referral and reject duplicate or invalid referrals.

A referral will be considered invalid if:

• The student was already in contact with PrimeTek before the referral
• The referral cannot be clearly attributed to the Ambassador
• The referral was made through fraudulent or deceptive means

8. Ambassador Responsibilities

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Represent PrimeTek in a professional and ethical manner
• Provide accurate information about programs and their benefits
• Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about programs, outcomes, or earning potential
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or harmful promotional practices
• Use only approved marketing materials and messaging

9. Confidentiality

The Ambassador agrees not to disclose internal program details, student data, business strategies, or proprietary systems. This obligation remains valid after termination of this Agreement.

10. Independent Partnership

The Ambassador acts as an independent collaborator and not as an employee, agent, or legal representative of PrimeTek. This Agreement does not create an employment, franchise, or agency relationship.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice
• Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of terms
• Upon termination, outstanding eligible commissions will still be honoured
• The Ambassador's referral code will be deactivated upon termination

12. Limitation of Liability

PrimeTek shall not be held liable for the Ambassador's marketing methods, any indirect or incidental damages, or any losses arising from the Ambassador's promotional activities.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by international business practices and mutually agreed applicable laws.

14. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral. By registering as an Ambassador on the Primetek Academy platform, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined herein.
