We're excited to announce the launch of our 5-Month Advanced Backend Development Program, a Primetek Academy program by PrimeTek Africa. Designed for aspiring backend engineers across Africa, this intensive online program equips learners with the practical skills required to design, build, secure, and deploy modern backend applications used in real-world production environments.
The program officially begins on July 31st, 2026, and is ideal for learners who already have basic programming knowledge and want to become professional backend developers.
What You'll Learn
Throughout five intensive months, you'll build production-ready backend applications while learning modern software architecture, API development, database design, authentication, security, cloud deployment, DevOps, and AI integration. Every classroom is led by experienced instructors and mentors providing continuous guidance, code reviews, and project supervision.

Who Should Apply?
This program is intended for developers with basic programming knowledge who want to specialize in backend engineering.
Requirements:
• Basic programming experience (PHP, JavaScript or Python recommended)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Pass the admission interview
• Be available to attend at least 99% of the sessions
• Pay $29/month for 5 months
• Basic English communication skills
